The Arlington County Treasurer’s Office [https://www.arlingtonva.us/Government/Departments/Treasurers-Office] is seeking a Treasury Program Specialist I - Compliance and Research Specialist, to assist with the collection of delinquent accounts and participate on the call center team within the Compliance Division of the Arlington County Treasurer’s Office. The employee will perform a variety of front-line customer service, compliance, administrative and/or technical support duties to assist in the collection and processing of delinquent taxes and fees. The Treasurer's Office serves an ethnically and culturally diverse population that includes a large number of Spanish-speaking clients for whom English is a second language.

Responsibilities

Assist with the collection of delinquent taxes and fees while providing front-line customer service. Perform administrative and technical support duties within the Compliance Division's call center team.
