This full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, includes managing trade finance operations, risk, and compliance for instruments such as letters of credit, guarantees, and structured trade facilities. The role involves working closely with corporate and SME clients to understand their international trade needs, structuring tailored solutions, and ensuring timely execution of transactions. The Head of Trade Finance will collaborate with product, technology, risk, and legal teams to integrate trade finance offerings into Monfi’s digital platform and improve client experience. Responsibilities also include building and mentoring a high-performing team, establishing policies and procedures, and driving business development initiatives in key commodity and trade corridors.QualificationsStrong expertise in Trade Finance and Finance, with the ability to design and manage complex trade finance products and portfolios.
