Limited please refer to our website at: www.petersco.com TREASURY & ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE Description Reporting to Financial Controller, the Treasury & Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for the Company’s treasury function, manage accounts payable and assist with the financial and regulatory reporting of both the Canadian and US dealer. This is a broad and hands-on role within a small, collaborative team and offers exposure to a wide range of responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Monitor daily cash balances and complete transfers of funds to satisfy firm cash management commitments  * Complete daily reconciliations of bank accounts * Initiate and track wire transfers and EFT payments * Prepare daily bank deposits * Verify and process accounts payable invoices into the accounting system to ensure timely payments to vendors  * Responsible for compiling certain monthly accounting files including journal entries, foreign exchange, account reconciliations and general ledger close * Assist with external audit requirements * Other accounting related projects and initiatives as required Qualifications * Post secondary education in accounting, finance or business preferred * Intention to pursue Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products with extensive knowledge of Excel * Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills * High attention to detail and organizational skills * Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member * Ability to take the initiative in understanding the needs of stakeholders and taking action to achieve results APPLICATION PROCESS  Please submit your cover letter and resume by April 24, 2026 to Peters & Co. | Career Centre [https://workforcenow.adp.com/mascsr/default/mdf/recruitment/recruitment.html?cid=ee42f161-89fa-44fa-afdb-f49c59c40e4a&ccId=19000101_000001&jobId=578356⟨=en_CA].
