Position Overview As Treasury Analyst, you will be involved in cash flow preparation & management, banking relationships, funding process and potentially hedging; ensuring funding adequacy, risk assessment and coverage provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management. You will play a key role in safeguarding the organization’s assets, optimizing working capital, and supporting strategic financial decisions. Key Responsibilities: Manage cash flow and liquidity — ensure the organization always has sufficient funds to meet operational and project needs. Support Cash management & process. Develop and maintain cash-flow forecasts and working-capital planning, anticipating short- and medium-term financial needs. Handle banking relationships and funding process — support establishment of credit facilities or loans and financing tools when required. Support investment of surplus cash (when applicable), optimizing returns, assessing liquidity and managing risk. Maintain treasury policies, procedures and internal controls; ensure compliance with relevant financial/ regulatory requirements. Prepare and present regular financial reports (cash-position, liquidity, forecasts) to senior management. Collaborate with accounting, finance and other departments to align treasury operations with budgeting, financial planning, and overall financial strategy. Requirements University degree (BSc) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance or similar roles — with responsibility for cash-flow, liquidity, financing, forecasting, risk-management, etc. Strong knowledge of treasury management systems / financial software (or general financial/ERP systems, preferably SAP) to support efficient cash and liquidity management. Experience with E-Banking Systems Solid understanding of banking, financial instruments / markets, corporate finance, debt & financing structures. Strong skills in cash-flow management & forecasting process as well as liquidity planning. Excellent analytical skills, quantitative mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management and financial strategy. Strong communication skills — able to explain financial data to senior management and non-finance stakeholders.
