We are seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to join our Accounting and Finance team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of cash flow, line of credit administration, debt reporting and compliance, and banking relationships across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in developing cash forecasts, investigating variances between projections and actuals, and providing insights into cash trends and fluctuations. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts across multiple entities. Analyze periodic cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity. Investigate and reconcile variances between forecasted and actual cash activity, identifying root causes and recommending process improvements. Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and business unit leaders to refine forecasting assumptions and improve accuracy. Monitor and manage lines of credit, including availability, usage, and compliance with covenants. Prepare and submit debt compliance certificates, reports, and required documentation in a timely manner. Assist with debt draws, repayments, and interest calculations. Responsible for reviewing and approving ACH, wire, and check payments along with internal cash transfers to fund accounts within the enterprise. Manage daily banking operations across several intercompany banking platforms. Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and support ongoing service requests. Support onboarding and administration of new bank accounts and treasury platforms. Prepare monthly and quarterly treasury reports for management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations. Assist with treasury-related audits and provide documentation as required. Requirements Minimum 4-6 years of treasury, corporate finance, or related experience Experience with treasury management systems and ERP platforms; Zions, JPMorgan Chase, NetSuite, Epicor (preferred) Strong understanding of cash flow modeling, debt compliance reporting, and intercompany banking transactions (preferred). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Advanced excel and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines
