CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years treasury/banking experience
  • Understanding of treasury markets & products, including transactional banking, cash management and liquidity, forex and interest rate risk management
  • Focused on delivery and able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Good level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Prior knowledge and experience of working with a TMS and ERP systems is beneficial

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE…

The Group Treasury function is being transformed. With a new cloud-based cash forecasting platform and implementation of FIS Integrity treasury management system (TMS), we have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Treasury Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the European countries cash flows and liquidity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily cash operations, including bank account reconciliation, variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast), and intra-account funding.
  • Monitor cash and liquidity in line with treasury policies, collaborating with internal teams (AP, Tax, etc.) to ensure sufficient funding is available.
  • Maintain and update intercompany loan documentation.
  • Prepare and process treasury-related payments through banking platforms or the TMS, maintain standard settlement instructions (SSIs), and provide ongoing support for the TMS and cash forecasting tools.
  • Handle treasury administration, including user access management, mandate updates, account openings/closures, KYC, and bank fee reviews.
  • Record and reconcile external investments, FX trades, and revolving credit facility (RCF) drawdowns, while supporting month-end reporting for both local and group management teams.
  • Review periodic cash flow forecasts submitted by business units, investigating variances and engaging with stakeholders to understand operational impacts on liquidity
