The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our full-service Finance team in Brisbane’s vibrant West End. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with numbers, improving processes, and building their analytical skills. In this hands-on role, you’ll support treasury and capital management reporting, help maintain the Group’s cashflow forecasting model, and develop your understanding of how financial insights support business decisions. You’ll work closely with experienced finance leaders who will help you grow your skills in forecasting, reporting, and treasury operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong Excel skills who feels confident working with data and is keen to learn, improve, and contribute to a fast-paced and supportive team. Responsibilities Assist with maintaining and updating the Group’s rolling cashflow forecast. Support analysis of variances, trends, and sensitivities. Help with treasury operations such as bank reporting and facility utilisation tracking. Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc treasury reporting. Gather and analyse data for refinancing, audit, sustainability, and other finance projects. Ensure accuracy and consistency across Group financial data. Provide general financial analysis and support to the Finance leadership team. About You Essential Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. One to two years’ experience in finance, treasury, corporate reporting, or a similar analytical role. Strong working knowledge of Excel, including the ability to use formulas to automate or streamline tasks. Comfortable working with data and developing financial models (with guidance as needed). Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly. Organised, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities. High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work. A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and improve. Desirable Progress towards CA/CPA (or an interest in starting) is highly regarded. Exposure to financial reporting tools (e.g., Adaptive, TM1, Workday) is a bonus, but not essential. Responsibilities
