The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Treasury Analyst (Fixed Term 6 months) (ETW) role will make an impact:

  • Reporting of daily actual cash balances and rolling short term forecast for EMEA & NAM region across multiple legal entities
  • Liaise with Treasury COE Liquidity & Forecasting team regarding cashflow forecasts ensuring accurate reflection in the daily reporting
  • Execution of the monthly intercompany netting processes
  • Processing of intercompany loan transactions within the dedicated treasury management system (FIS Integrity)
  • Management, administration and coordination of intercompany loan documentation
  • Management of bank account mandates for EMEA & NAM entities including coordination of bank account signatory changes and associated bank account documentation
  • Liaise with the local core treasury team and accounting teams resolve GIS treasury related items
  • Provide guidance, training and support on treasury related matters to other departments and subsidiaries
  • Liaise with internal and external audit personnel
  • Assist Treasury Assistant Manager with project work and process improvement initiatives
  • Resolving general queries for entities/bank accounts in scope
  • General administration

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a requirement (Finance or Business is preferred)
  • 1 years of experience in a treasury role or similar within a multinational company
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
