Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Treasury Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of payments, ensuring all accounts are funded appropriately, and compliance standards are maintained. This role is essential in maintaining cash flow and ensuring all financial transactions are executed with precision and accountability. Full training will be provided for candidates from an accounts or purchase ledger background looking to develop treasury skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute outgoing payments (including foreign currency), ensuring accuracy and compliance with approvals.
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions, authorisations, and supporting documents.
  • Accurately input payments into banking systems and ensure daily finalisation.
  • Monitor account funding and ensure signatories/approvals are in place.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries.
  • Communicate with banking partners to troubleshoot and ensure smooth payment flows.
  • Support reconciliations at month-end and year-end, recording all bank transactions accurately.
  • Manage signatory records and distribute daily bank authorisation schedules.
  • Undertake ad hoc treasury support duties when required.
