Job Title: Treasury Analyst Summary: This position is a fulltime base and will be part of the Treasury Organization and is responsible to coordinate daily cash position and reporting and will assist the Cash Manager in all cash and banking activities on behalf of the assigned entities and will provide daily supervision in the cash and banking transactions to achieve expected results and service levels. This position is a key contact for many people in order to help with interdisciplinary processes. Responsibilities Include: Prepares daily cash position worksheets and daily cash report for all assigned international entities from Integrity Opens, closes and maintains bank accounts on behalf of all assigned entities; Maintain e-banking platform Prepares and provides analysis and reporting of cash management Support on bank facility drawdown and bank loan renew Coordinates and processes payment proposals and customer direct debit proposals through SAP or other electronic banking systems; Coordinates and directs the proper processing of bank queries and investigations regarding the same; Provides source documentation and assistance to accounting staff to ensure proper posting of all cash transactions; Sets up and maintains all bank related files and correspondence for special transactions, such as monthly DTDF, cross border IC loan, Royalty, dividend and etc.; BAD management( acceptance, endorsement, discounting, issuing new BAD and etc.) Supports the company’s SOX compliance initiatives; Provides world-class treasury services to all internal and external customers; Supports overall relationship management with commercial banks and other third party service providers; Key supporter for Treasury projects(Integrity support, Auto pay, Forecasting, etc.) APAC & Global mindset Other duties as assigned Qualifications: The following are required for the role Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields. Between 3-6 years of experiences in Treasury or Finance related position, APAC level working experiences preferred.
