Job Description The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for the following: Coordinate closely with banks, credit card processors, and Public Storage’s Third Party Management team to ensure that new properties are enabled to make deposits and accept all forms of payment. Prepare, review, and coordinate the submission of boarding and KYC documentation to banks and card processors. Assist existing properties with banking needs, including switching banks, ordering supplies, requesting bank documents, and serving as the liaison for any issues that arise between property managers and the local branches. Investigate new treasury management services and coordinate implementation as needed. Onboard new properties to ERP, property management, bank, and credit card processor systems. Assist in administration of online banking portals and reconciliation software. Serve as liaison with Public Storage’s Third Party Management and Field Operations teams with regards to banking services. Prepare daily deposits of checks sent to the corporate office. Assist with fulfillment of external auditor requests. Assist with analysis of bank and credit card processing fees for review by Manager or Director of Treasury and Cash Control. Assist in resolution of billing errors by banks and credit card processors. Occasionally serve as treasury desk analyst performing the following. Prepare and process daily ACH transfers to concentrate cash and check depository funds. Prepare daily cash position and determine appropriate investment amounts for multiple corporate entities. Process time-sensitive and often large-dollar payments and funds transfers via wire and ACH. Investigate and respond to Fraud Filter and Positive Pay items on the banking portal. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred. Three or more years’ experience in corporate treasury/cash management, preferably with multi-location business. Possess excellent organization and communication skills, with ability to multi-task. Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Works with careful attention to detail. Driven to perform at 100% accuracy. Able to balance recurring daily and monthly responsibilities with urgencies that arise day-to-day. Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with SAP and Wells Fargo Vantage/CEO is a plus.
