Requirements Knowledge on Accounting and Audit Principles, Accounts Receivables Accounting Support order processing, billing, credit management, collections, and cash application activities Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments received via bank transfers, checks, credit cards, and lockbox Timely payment follow-up for both B2B and B2C Perform regular checks to ensure accuracy in invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments, short payments, and deductions. Collaborate with collections, customer service, and billing teams to resolve payment issues Maintain documentation of processes, controls, and training materials Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to resolve order or payment issues Exposure to US GAAP, SOX compliance, and revenue recognition Experience with tools like Jira, JPM Access, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Required Skills Excellent communication & collaborative skills A self-starter and problem solver Pay attention to the details.
