The Opportunity We’re seeking a detail-driven and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our full-service Finance team in the heart of Brisbane's bustling West End. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide analytical and reporting support across treasury and capital management reporting, while helping to enhance the Group’s cashflow forecasting and financial analysis capabilities. You’ll play a key role in improving and maintaining cashflow models, analysing working capital performance, and supporting the preparation of accurate, insightful Group reporting. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and gaining exposure to treasury and corporate reporting in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role would suit an ambitious individual with exceptional Excel skills and who loves working with (and analysing) large data sets to create efficient workflows and find process improvements. Responsibilities Maintain and improve the Group’s rolling cashflow forecast, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates and assumptions. Support analysis of variances and sensitivities to assist decision making. Support treasury operations including bank reporting, debt covenant compliance, and facility utilisation tracking. Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc treasury reporting. Collate and analyse data for refinancing, audit, sustainability, and other ad-hoc finance projects. Maintain accuracy, version control, and consistency across Group financial data and reporting. Provide financial analysis and support to the Group CFO and Finance leadership team. About You Essential Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline Experience in finance, treasury, or corporate reporting - ideally within a multi-entity or group environment. Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and cashflow analysis skills, with the ability to build and maintain models. Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to use advanced formulas to automate reporting Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving and communication skills - able to translate complex data into clear insights. Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail, integrity, and ownership of your work. Collaborative and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset. Desirable CA/CPA qualified or in progress highly regarded. Financial reporting tools such as Adaptive, TM1, or Workday or equivalent.
