JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide high level of IT support for all Treasury applications to ensure maximum service availability.Give guidance and mentoring to team members on systems, process, procedures and behaviours.
Working as part of a team or on an individual basis, assist with the delivery of strategic projects and represent the Treasury Systems team as a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ in project meetings.
Technical and functional knowledge of the following Treasury IT systems:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Advanced level experience of IT systems support.
Specific technical and functional knowledge of Swift and associated Payment systems. Some technical knowledge of any of the other systems above is desirable.
Solid experience of ITIL incident, problem and change management functions.
Demonstrable experience of mentoring junior team members or leadership.
Must be enthusiastic, positive and quick to learn.
