Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Treasury Assistant to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting daily cash management, disbursements, and treasury operations. The position also plays a key role in assisting the Importation Manager with documentation and coordination related to import transactions, including insurance and tax payments. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day cash monitoring and banking transactions Prepare and process disbursements including checks and online fund transfers Assist in cash flow tracking, forecasting, and reporting Ensure accurate recording and filing of treasury-related documents Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with internal departments and banks for fund transfers and collections Support the Importation Manager in preparing import-related documents. Ensure timely settlement of importation fees and proper documentation of transactions Assist in audits and implementation of treasury controls and improvements Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field At least experience in treasury, accounting, or importation support Familiarity with importation documentation and government tax procedures is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy
