Job Description We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Property Management Accounts Assistant to join our Treasury Management team. You will support the Team Leader and Client Accountants in delivering high-quality property management accounting services to our occupier clients. The role involves day-to-day portfolio administration, financial processing, and regular liaison with tenants, landlords, and internal surveying teams. Key Responsibilities Assist in the provision of property management accounting services to occupier clients. Support the day-to-day management of client portfolios. Maintain and update the Property Management database (Tramps). Manage invoice processing via our scanning system (Alusta). Reconcile rent and service charge invoices, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Monitor shared client email inboxes and respond to queries promptly and professionally. Liaise with tenants and landlords via telephone and email. Provide general administrative support, including electronic filing and ad hoc team assistance. Work closely with London and regional surveying colleagues to support portfolio activity. Represent the company in a professional and client-focused manner at all times. Qualifications About You Ideally educated to A-Level. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A professional, detail-oriented, and methodical approach to work. A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
