Description

What you will do as a Treasury Associate @Plaisio: ✅ Perform reconciliation of all company payments methods, including but not limited to credit cards, cheques, microlending partnerships etc. ✅ Ensure the reconciliation of the company’s cash and cash equivalent accounts. ✅ Prepare daily cash flow report and perform short- and long-term cash flow forecasting to support liquidity management. ✅ Prepare and deliver treasury reports, including but not limited to bank & card fees, interest expenses, payment methods and other treasury KPIs. ✅ Support month-end closing activities related to cash, bank, and card accounts. ✅ Collaborate closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate transaction postings, settlements, and bank fees. ✅ Act as the main liaison with financial institutions, manage and maintain banking relationships, oversee agreements and KYC documentation, and resolve daily operational banking issues. ✅ Ad Hoc Reporting How you match: 🎯 University degree in Business/Finance or Accounting disciplines 🎯 2-3 years of relevant experience as an Accountant 🎯 Advanced computer capabilities, proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) 🎯 Strong organizational & time management skills 🎯 Attention to detail and accuracy 🎯 Team player, with the ability to work independently 🎯 Self-motivated and willingness for continuous development & improvement How we partner 🔴 Work closely with data, product, and business teams to support strategic decisions 🔴 Deliver end-to-end BI solutions, from data modeling to dashboard delivery 🔴 Contribute to building a data-driven culture across the organization 🔴 Grow through hands-on projects with modern analytics tools Performance mindset we value ⭐ Curiosity and passion for working with data ⭐ Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights ⭐ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ⭐ Collaboration and contribution to a positive team culture ⭐ Clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders Think we match?
