Why This Role Is Right for You As a Treasury Banking Relations Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in POLAND (preferably in Rzeszow or Warsaw). In this role, you will play an important part in building and maintaining strategic banking relationships, ensuring effective liquidity management, and supporting the delivery of the company’s products and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external financial partners, gaining exposure to key treasury processes in an international business environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine analytical finance work with practical cooperation with banks, while further developing their expertise in treasury and financial operations. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: * Preparing cash flow forecasts and regular treasury reports for local entities in close cooperation with business and finance departments. * Delivering financial analyses supporting liquidity management, optimization of banking costs and deposit interests, as well as decision‑making in treasury and banking cooperation. * Ensuring accurate collection, consolidation, and monitoring of cash balances using the KYRIBA treasury management system. * Supporting key banking relationships and assisting in monitoring obligations under financing agreements. * Providing effective day‑to‑day operational support in cooperation with banks. * Monitoring market and regulatory developments that may impact treasury activities and banking cooperation.   What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications:  * 1–3 years of experience in treasury, finance, banking, controlling, or a similar analytical role. * Good understanding of financial metrics, cash flow management, basic treasury processes, and banking products. * University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare clear, structured financial analyses and reports. * Fluent Polish and English – both languages are a key requirement, as the role involves daily cooperation with local and international stakeholders, documentation, and communication with banks. * Previous exposure to cooperation with banks or other external financial partners (e.g. auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors), * Knowledge of financial forecasting techniques and principles for building and developing forecasting models, * Understanding of banking fees, interest calculations, deposits, and financing agreements, * Experience with treasury management systems (e.g. KYRIBA) will be an advantage.   Even if you don’t check every box, your unique potential and willingness to learn could set you apart.
