Main purpose The candidate will be responsible for executing, and reporting on the Group’s Treasury Capital activities across secured and unsecured financing, liquidity management, cash operations, and treasury assets. This role ensures accurate processing, compliance with financing agreements and internal policies, and timely reporting. The candidate will also contribute to process improvements by identifying pain points and highlighting areas were automation, control, or efficiency enhancements can be implemented. Key responsibilities Secured & Unsecured Financing Facilities: Process loan drawdowns, repayments, and deposits in line with financing terms and internal approvals. Ensure compliance with financing agreements, facility conditions, and internal policies. Accurately reconcile loan-related cashflows with internal and external records. Allocate funding costs and income to relevant transactions and cost centers. Maintain robust records and documentation for audits and compliance reviews. Prepare reports and dashboards on facility utilization, maturity profiles, and costs. Liquidity Reporting & ALM: Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity reports with accuracy. Support stress testing and variance analysis for liquidity monitoring. Assist in treasury P&L reporting and analysis of funding costs. Monitor cash receipts and ensure efficient allocation toward loan repayments. Cash & Treasury Asset Management: Execute daily cash positioning and monitor balances across accounts and currencies. Support in-house banking activities and intercompany funding settlements. Assist in investment execution for surplus cash within policy limits. Maintain accurate reporting and records for internal loans, securitized assets, and treasury investments. Process & Change Support: Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, or risks in processes and escalate to senior team members. Contribute to system and reporting enhancements by providing accurate data and process feedback. Support implementation of improved workflows, controls, and documentation standards. Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; candidates pursuing CFA, FRM, or equivalent certifications will be preferred. 2–5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or related financial operations. Exposure to trade finance, cash management, or intercompany loans is desirable. Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, SAP Treasury, or equivalent) preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in data-heavy processes. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and support reporting needs. Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attributes for success Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively with peers and stakeholders.
