Under direction of SVP, Treasury Services Manager, this role provides day-to-day support to the RM-managed portfolio of Treasury Services clients, ensuring consistent delivery on Service Level Agreements and supporting Client Experience and Proactive Relationship Management objectives. This role serves as a Portfolio Manager to the entirety of Treasury Services portfolio clients, ensuring seamless servicing while the Relationship Managers are engaged in proactive client calling. A successful candidate will also contribute to enterprise-wide projects and support both the Treasury Services Manager & Client Delivery Manager in their client support strategy

REQUIREMENTS :

PC Knowledge, Data Entry, Communication, Organizational skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associate’s degree in business related field or equivalent combination of training and experience and/or 3 years of Cash Management experience.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

This person must have a working understanding of cash management products and tools, including account analysis accounts and functionality, and general deposit account knowledge. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, FIS Tools, Salesforce and Cash Management-specific platforms such as Bottomline Technologies, ERP Solutions and Remote Capture platforms preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Provides daily high touch support to Treasury Services clients which include managing and resolving complex cash management issues and requests, deposit account servicing, client support and delivering a positive client experience.
  • Assists with proactive relationship management for clients assigned to the Treasury Services P&L. Works with Relationship Managers to coordinate and prepare for a minimum of four annual touchpoints and documents appropriately in CRM (Salesforce/Sales Management)
  • Works with TS Sales and Onboarding teams on complex implementations and training, serving as PM on sensitive client projects. Trains customers on basic cash management functions as needed due to volumes and SLAs.
  • Serves as a resource assisting other areas of the bank, including the Business Services Team, Commercial Division, Retail and Operations with cash management issues and needs.
  • Participates in enterprise-wide projects as needed, leveraging cash management expertise to add client and operational insights to key initiatives.Keeps abreast of industry changes through available training.
