We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Connectivity Projects and Lifecycle Manager to strengthen our dynamic team at Sanofi. This critical role will support project team in deploying our centralized bank connectivity solution across geographies and manage evolving live solutions due to country legal changes or banking standard updates.

This pivotal role combines:

• Functional and technical expertise on banking payment formats, bank reporting solutions and formats, and bank connectivity solutions.
• Project management expertise, leading bank connectivity deployment projects and contributing to the different TCM implementation project phases, in coordination with all project and business stakeholders.

The position is directly reporting to the Treasury Core Model Solution Program Lead and is part of a multi-country Team of SAP Experts and Project Managers in charge of deploying our Core Model.
The TCM project was launched in 2017, as part of Sanofi Finance transformation program and consists in redesigning about 40+ unique Treasury processes (local and central), supporting them with a S/4HANA Treasury solution and rolling them out as part of the One-Erp, iShift program.

ABOUT YOU

Sanofi is looking for a talented profile who combines the dimensions of Project Management and Bank connectivity technico-Functional knowledge, with:

• A proven 10+ years’ experience in Bank or Corporate Treasury on Treasury bank connectivity or electronic banking systems / SWIFT / SEPA and Payment Practices.Full Treasury solutions project implementation is a plus.
• A fair Project Management Experience with hands-on execution and delivery capabilities. The background ideally includes:
• a proven track record of Treasury/Finance projects implementations preferably based on SAP solutions (Experience with other Treasury Systems is a plus).
• and ideally greenfield approach to demonstrate knowledge of all project phases (from business process definition, to testing, cut over and Hypercare).
• Experience in managing and delivering against complex cross-functional programs and international environment.
• A managerial experience is a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
• In-depth knowledge of Treasury processes and banking systems.
• Familiarity with SAP (desirable).

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Project Methodology certificate (Agile is a plus).
• SAP FI/Treasury, S/4HANA certifications preferred.
