Right now, we have an exciting opportunity to join our banking family;
The Elevate Specialist provides world-class support for customers utilizing business online systems and applications. Assistance is provided across all digital channels and regularly involves completing tasks related to business services and products. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting Dream First’s mission and values.

Requirements:

  • Respond to all incoming inquiries, providing reliable support to customer in a friendly, professional and timely manner.
  • Interacts directly with customers, resolving problems through independent decision-making.
  • Accurately and efficiently researches and resolves discrepancies and errors, keeping account officers apprised of customer impact issues.
  • Facilitates customer onboarding through completion of system walkthroughs and training.
  • Completes all system setup, deletions, and change requests according to department standards.
  • Conducts proactive outbound calling efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, complete audits, and review access & documentation.
  • Enhances customer relationships by proactively uncovering needs and offering appropriate products and services.
  • Follows established procedures to prevent losses and contribute positively to profitability.
  • Assists internal/external customers utilizing applications including (but not limited to):
  • Business Online Banking, ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Merchant Capture, Profit-First Account Organization, IntraFi Account Needs, Fraud Review and Merchant Card Processing.
