The Luxion Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Treasury & Finance Operations Manager to oversee and elevate our core financial operations. The Role You will lead and oversee Treasury, Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable ensuring seamless alignment across these core functions. With a strong focus on governance and compliance, you’ll implement and uphold robust financial controls and processes. You will be responsible of Luxion Group’s cash flow and accountable for managing liquidity, mitigating financial risk and safeguarding the Group’s ability to meet its day-to-day obligations. You’ll shape long-term finance strategies that provide resilience and drive sustainable growth. What We’re Looking For You’ll be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with advanced Power BI capabilities and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ideally, you bring leadership experience from the energy sector, along with a strategic mindset and a proven ability to interpret complex financial data. Your background in financial modelling and forecasting will be key to developing accurate, forward-looking cash flow strategies.
