Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Intern to join our Finance Department and support the Treasury team. The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of finance and accounting, working closely with colleagues in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: Assist in managing accounts payable within the Internal Payables System, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payment requests. Create purchase orders and control the timely processing, approval, and payment of invoices. Support the preparation of payments. Banks: Assist with requests from banks, including inquiries related to payments and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations. Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain financial data and reports, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data within financial systems. Reporting: Help prepare and distribute various financial reports to internal stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly financial summaries. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Process Improvement: Participate in projects aimed at improving financial processes, systems, and reporting. Ad hoc Tasks: Support the finance team with various tasks and special projects as needed. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with skills in using formulas, pivot tables, and other analytical tools. Experience with the 1C system is a plus but not required. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Availability to work full-time and effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus but not required.
