Description POSITION SUMMARY The Treasury Management Business Banking Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Treasury Management Business Account Specialists who support commercial clients, business deposit accounts, lending coordination, and Treasury Management services. This role ensures consistent client service delivery, operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective collaboration with Commercial Lending, Treasury Management Officers, and Operations. The Manager supports commercial relationship growth while maintaining strong internal controls and service standards ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Client Service & Commercial Support Oversee daily servicing of commercial and business clients, including deposit accounts, lending coordination, and treasury management solutions. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service aligned with Bank standards. Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues, treasury challenges, and account discrepancies. Coordinate resolution of deposit, loan, and credit servicing matters in partnership with Commercial Lenders and Operations. Monitor service performance metrics and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Support proactive client engagement and cross-selling initiatives. Treasury Management Product Administration · Oversee implementation, onboarding, and servicing of Treasury Management products including ACH, wire transfers, sweeps, positive pay, remote deposit capture, business online banking, and bill pay. Ensure proper documentation, agreements, and internal approvals are completed prior to product activation. Partner with Treasury Management Officers on technical consultations and joint sales efforts. Ensure team members provide client education related to fraud prevention, cybersecurity awareness, and operational safeguards. Monitor treasury product utilization and operational performance indicators. Operational Management & Process Oversight Coordinate team workflow, workload balancing, and service coverage to maintain operational continuity. Review documentation quality, account maintenance accuracy, and adherence to internal procedures. Oversee business deposit account opening and maintenance processes, including related credit products and certificates. Identify process inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements to enhance accuracy and turnaround times. Support system upgrades, product rollouts, and departmental initiatives impacting commercial services. .Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls related to business deposits and treasury services. Oversee fraud monitoring practices related to ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, and other treasury products. Review exception reports and ensure timely resolution of operational discrepancies. Maintain audit readiness and participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory examinations. Stay informed of emerging fraud trends and regulatory guidance impacting treasury services. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting Act as liaison between Business Banking, Treasury Management, Commercial Lending, IT, and Operations teams. Provide input into strategic initiatives impacting commercial client service delivery. Track departmental productivity, efficiency metrics, and service performance for reporting to senior leadership. Support departmental budgeting and resource planning. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBLITIES Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Contribute to strategic planning efforts related to commercial and treasury growth. Requirements EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience Minimum of six (6) years of experience in similar job duties Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Progressive banking experience in business banking, commercial servicing, or Treasury Management preferred. Strong experience with Fiserv Business Online Banking and preferably Fiserv Create Digital.
