QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

  • Excels in customer service, and demonstrates a desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Understand the end-to-end process for product implementations.
  • Effective listening skills, communication skills, and basic business writing skills with the ability to convey technical information in a way that is easy for others to understand.

  • Strong time management, organizational & planning skills with proven ability to multi-task & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bank or college courses preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of progressive experience dealing with complex treasury management and banking solutions.
  • Other bank experience a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Document all requested new TM products and services and prepare TM Master Agreement and all Service Exhibits.
  • Onboard all Treasury products and services for new and existing Treasury clients.
  • Work with TMOs throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.
  • Collaborate with business units to smoothly and efficiently on-board new client relationships.
  • Provide quality training of new products either by phone or onsite at the client’s place of business.
  • Interact with clients and analyze the data integrity of their test files until successful completion.
  • Works directly with the clients throughout entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure while ensuring quality delivery in accordance with client service levels.
  • Provide ongoing status of activity, identifying error impact, timeliness, and quality concerns.
  • Commit to exceed or, at a minimum, meet all Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for TM product set-ups and maintenance with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Primary client contact for all TM related maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Subject Matter Expert for online banking platforms and all TM systems.
  • Assist client requests for service and resolution of bank issues in a professional, accurate and timely response optimizing the client’s experience while satisfying the bank’s compliance requirements.
  • Update existing procedures to ensure proper documentation of processes are captured.
  • Back up Client Services Specialists team as needed
  • Complete and pass required training courses by due date.
