The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist I is responsible for onboarding new clients and implementing Treasury Management products and services. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure a successful implementation of treasury services.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of applicable banking experience, Treasury Management experience preferred.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

Responsibilities
  • Open new commercial accounts.
  • Manage multiple implementation requests simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required business documentation.
  • Prepare agreements and new account documentation relative to Treasury Management services.
  • Work directly with clients to obtain signatures for new and existing Treasury Management services.
  • Implement products and services for new and existing TM customers.
  • Facilitate training to clients on all Treasury Management products and services.
  • Complete Account Analysis for new implementation requests.
