This role plays a pivotal part in the successful integration of treasury systems and solutions across the enterprise. Responsibilities Support the integration of treasury systems and solutions across the enterprise. Collaborate with subject matter experts and external clients to understand and translate business needs. Support integration testing and validation of treasury products and workflows. Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable project plans. Act as a subject matter expert to resolve technical issues for internal applications. Manage the full lifecycle of treasury integration projects, from planning and technical specification to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders. Operate with autonomy, making decisions that guide client outcomes and internal business processes. Act as the primary project manager for large and complex client onboarding initiatives, overseeing cross-functional integrations, managing timelines, and maintaining clear, ongoing communication with all stakeholders. Who You Are You are a natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You are a strong communicator who can clearly articulate project status and technical concepts to both clients and internal teams. With a strong sense of ownership, you are motivated to see projects through to successful completion Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. 0-4 years of experience in product integration, project management, business analysis, or technical support, preferably in financial services or Treasury Management. Basic knowledge of financial services or treasury operations. Proven ability to leverage generative AI tools to accelerate project timelines. We are looking for a candidate who uses this technology to efficiently draft project plans, clarify technical requirements, and streamline stakeholder communications. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools. Ability to develop resolutions to problems of limited scope, following standard practices and procedures. Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project updates. Demonstrated ability to work under normal supervision, following outlined and detailed procedures. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Pay Range: $85,000-$196,000 (Based upon location and experience) Location: This opportunity has the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule: Chandler, AZ Denver, CO Houston, TX Las Vegas, NV Los Angeles, CA Midvale, UT Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE!
