Are you a member focused professional who enjoys creating, building, and maintaining relationships with members and prospective members? Do you have a keen interest in leading organizational sales efforts and treasury products? As the Treasury Management Officer, you will lead efforts to all treasury management product sales and servicing within the Business Services Department. You will serve as the main point of contact for those that desire to use the products to create efficiencies with their cash management program for their business. You will also lead the servicing and troubleshooting of issues that may arise with the use of the products. Working alongside the Commercial Lenders and branch staff, your role will drive growth of deposit balances. Your Responsibilities: * Oversight of all treasury management products and online banking platform for commercial and small business accounts * Train and assist Commercial Lenders and branch staff on all aspects of treasury products * Lead organizational sales efforts of treasury products * Ensure policies and procedures are kept current and conform to compliance standards * Responsible for meeting deposit growth and treasury fee income goals * Oversee underwriting and approval processes for exposure specifically related to treasury products * Perform periodic review of treasury management relationships to manage risk * Lead efforts to keep treasury products current and relevant with current market trends and member expectations What You Bring to the Team: Experience: Minimum of 2 year’s experience in Treasury Management product support or related business experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in business discipline such as Management, Economics or Finance preferred, but not required Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required.   In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with members, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature.  Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Other Skills:   •Knowledge of credit union products and services with an emphasis on commercial products •Ability to be self-managed and self-motivated to complete job related tasks •Effective time management practices to effectively manage multiple tasks   Why Join Us?
