You’ll work closely with business owners, internal partners, and referral sources to expand relationships, generate new revenue, and deliver exceptional service every step of the way. The ideal candidate is: Relationship-focused and naturally confident building business partnerships Sales-minded with a strong ability to identify opportunities and close business Experienced in banking (2+ years required) with knowledge of treasury or commercial services preferred Analytical and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail A strong communicator — both written and verbal Goal-driven and motivated to contribute to revenue growth Comfortable engaging in the community and representing the Bank at events Tech-savvy with working knowledge of web-based and banking platforms What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: Sales-driven and goal-oriented Confident in building new relationships Analytical with strong problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable managing multiple priorities A natural communicator — both written and verbal Community-minded and relationship-focused Tech-savvy with experience using web-based systems Education / Certification High School diploma or GED required 2 + years of Banking Experience Why First Service Bank?
