BANK COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

• Ensure all treasury operations comply with applicable federal and state banking regulations, including but not limited to:
• Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
• Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
• Stay current on compliance updates and participate in training as required
• Assist in identifying and reporting suspicious activity in accordance with compliance protocols

MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment
• Visual acuity to read documents, spreadsheets, and computer screens
• Occasional lifting of files or boxes up to 25 pounds
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and via email

Qualifications Education and Experience and Key Competencies

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of banking, administrative, or operations experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Friendly and empathetic customer service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with consistency and accuracy
• Dependable and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
• Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn internal systems quickly
