    Summary   This position supports the sales effort, and strategic goal of WestStar Bank’s Treasury Management Department by maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships; as well as, identifying business development opportunities for new clients. The Treasury Management Sales Associate serves as a trusted advisor, leveraging core knowledge to recommend, and promote Treasury Management solutions to clients while working within the risk parameters that protect the bank.   Essential Functions   * Participates in client meetings to analyze company needs and requirements, identifies and recommends appropriate solutions, performs product discussions and demonstrations, and manages client expectations by communicating up front timelines, and deliverables. * Recommends pricing resolutions to ensure effectiveness of product based on cost, activity and client profitability. * Prepares and presents service proposals, agreements, and implementation documents to clients; as well as, providing support to all schematics for client presentations. * Collaborates and coordinates with support team members to develop efficient relationships with clients, assists with timely solution and credit implementation, ensures client processing needs are met; and maintains, installs and trains clients on new solutions as needed. * Participates in regular client calls with Treasury Management Analyst when appropriate. * Actively collaborates with Treasury Management Analyst, Relationship Managers, subsidiaries and other team members to facilitate on-going product training and discussions. * Develops strategic processes to enhance client relationships and engage with team members to identify new client opportunities. * Utilizes and analyzes internal bank, and client reports to identify potential Treasury Management clients; develop and maintain prospect lists. * Responds to and tracks Treasury Management referrals from team members. * Remains active, and knowledgeable in the Treasury Management services industry. * Remains up to date with competitor products, pricing, new solutions and features, and trends. * Aggressive in meeting sales, and department goals.   Additional Responsibilities   * Participates in organizing Treasury Management Services campaigns. * Participates in the functions of system upgrades, and new solutions. * Assists in developing, and providing processes for installing, and training existing clients on new systems and/or upgrades. * Other duties as assigned.   Required Education, Experience, Skills   * Prior banking experience or extensive sales experience. * Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively and provide superior client, and team member service. * Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills. * Must be detail oriented. * Proficient math skills, and familiarity with basic Accounting. * Computer skills to include, but not limited to, intermediate level understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook.   Equipment Used * Standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.   Supervisory Responsibility * N/A   Working Conditions/Physical Requirements * Office setting * Position will require travel throughout El Paso and Las Cruces area.       WestStar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected trait, including gender, race, ethnicity, disability, or veteran status.
