JOB DESCRIPTION
Contacts prospective Commercial Real Estate customers in order to provide consultative advice on current cash flow practices in order to develop treasury management business. Manages relationships with existing Commercial Real Estate customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business. Prepares sales presentations, explains services offered, and recommends solutions which would benefit clients. Identifies opportunities to sell other U.S. Bancorp products and services to meet customer needs. Assists management in developing a market strategy and in setting sales objectives. Responsible for meeting or exceeding all assigned sales and revenue retention goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of related experience
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Extensive knowledge of treasury management products
- Thorough knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations
- Strong sales and new business development skills
- Excellent customer service/relations skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Position is for greater Los Angeles area or greater Minneapolis area
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
