QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

TM Level I

  • High school diploma or certified equivalency.
  • One year of demonstrated successful experience providing diversified support for business online banking products and services.

TM Level II

  • Associate degree in a business-related curriculum or the equivalent preferred.
  • Three or more years of demonstrated successful experience providing advanced and diversified support for Treasury Management products and services.
  • Advanced working knowledge of treasury management products and services.

TM Level III

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a business-related curriculum or the equivalent preferred.
  • Five years of demonstrated successful experience providing advanced and diversified support for Treasury Management products and services preferred.
  • Highly advanced working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.

All levels :

  • Working knowledge of treasury management products.
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced working environment and be adaptable to change.
  • Broad knowledge of administrative and office management practices and procedures.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication, organizational, and planning skills are essential.
  • The ability to deal with confidential and highly sensitive situations with discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Effectively elicit cooperation and support from others and coordinate the work and efforts of others.
  • Demonstrated skill and proficiency in the use of Bank Core Systems, Online/Mobile Banking Systems, Salesforce, personal computers, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The work requires the ability to operate office machines and equipment, such as personal computers, printers, copying machines and telephones. The work requires the ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and others in person and on telephones. Work activities involve combinations of sitting/standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

POSITION PURPOSE:

Provide support to the Treasury Management Officers and customers for the onboarding of business online banking products and services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide primary support to Treasury Management Officers to facilitate the timely processing of new business online banking products and services.
  • Complete forms and follow up with customers to ensure quality client experience onboarding with business online banking products and services.
  • Resolve administrative and new client onboarding concerns by analyzing issues; identify and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  • Provide technical and operational support to the banks Treasury Management customers and branch personnel.
  • Deliver exemplary level of customer service in a professional environment.
  • Follow through in all aspects of the customer relationship from set-up to completion, maintenance, and ongoing customer support for business online banking products and services.
  • Manage incoming requests through the Service Desk and telephone inquiries.
  • Meet SLA’s for new implementations, trainings, and maintenance requests.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Prepare monetary transfers as needed for customers, i.e., loan advances, payments, deposits, etc. and maintain client records.
  • Provide on-going demos and training to clients as needed.
  • Ensure client files are audit ready.
  • Provide input and feedback on projects and process integration.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
