Description Join Blue Sky Bank as a full-time Treasury Management Specialist II (TMS II) in Tulsa, Oklahoma! This role plays a key part in supporting treasury services by assisting with prospecting, marketing, selling, and cross-selling treasury management products and commercial deposit accounts. The TMS II serves as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and service delivery. Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and prospect. Open and manage a variety of business accounts, including commercial, small business, and specialty accounts Lead onboarding, implementation, and training for treasury services Provide top-tier client support via inbox, secure messaging, and phone Prepare and manage documentation with accuracy and compliance Partner with internal teams (Retail, Operations, Fraud, Wire) to resolve client needs Identify cross-sell opportunities to expand treasury and deposit relationships Monitor risk, recognize fraud red flags, and ensure regulatory compliance Support audits, reviews, and ongoing account maintenance Requirements Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of Banking Experience (including 9 months-2 years of Treasury Management Services experience.) Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, qualifying motor vehicle record report, and reliable transportation. Knowledge of Bank products, computer systems, and software applications. Excellent customer service skills. High level of professionalism and integrity. Flexible, adaptable, and willingness to continuously learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
