POSITION SUMMARY:

AD1 Global is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to lead and execute all treasury-related functions across our growing portfolio of hotels. This position is responsible for overseeing cash management, banking relationships, forecasting, debt management, liquidity planning, and financial risk mitigation to ensure optimal financial performance and regulatory compliance. The Treasury Manager will collaborate closely with accounting, operations, and ownership groups to drive efficiency and transparency in the company’s cash and investment strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate treasury or finance, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or multi-entity operations.
• Strong understanding of cash management, forecasting, and treasury systems.
• Experience managing banking relationships and debt instruments.
• Knowledge of treasury risk management tools and techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial systems (e.g., banking portals, ERP/GL systems).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
