Description

Our client operates as the central treasury hub and in-house banking function for a large, international family-owned group headquartered in Europe. Supporting more than 400 subsidiaries worldwide, they play a critical role in safeguarding financial stability, managing liquidity, and optimizing funding.

As Treasury Manager, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders across the group to deliver expertise in cash management, foreign exchange, and corporate finance. Your proactive mindset and innovative ideas will contribute to refining the group’s treasury systems, processes, and risk management approach. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and monitor FX exposure, cash flow, and funding activities to ensure strong financial health across the group.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance treasury operations and implement process improvements.
  • Utilize modern financial platforms and tools (e.g., SAP, Bloomberg, 360T) to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and support to international subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with group-wide treasury policies.
  • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at strengthening financial infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
  • Several years’ experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related financial discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills; familiarity with data tools such as Power BI is a plus.
  • Proficiency in treasury platforms and financial systems; experience with Kyriba is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German; other languages are beneficial.
  • Comfortable working in an international setting and open to occasional travel (including to our client’s second office in Switzerland as well as to the group companies). Travelling occurs mostly 1-2 times per quarter.
  • 32-40 hours per week availability
  • You currently live near den Bosch (not further than Tilburg, Eindhoven or Utrecht)
