The Treasury Manager will oversee all aspects of the company’s treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt compliance, and insurance programs. This role is critical in optimizing the company’s cash position, ensuring effective financial risk management, and protecting the business through appropriate insurance coverage. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong background in treasury operations, corporate insurance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash positioning and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and strategic needs.
  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Oversee banking relationships, negotiating terms and monitoring service quality and fees.
  • Monitor debt compliance and support covenant reporting.
  • Manage the company’s corporate insurance programs, including renewals, policy administration, and coordination with brokers and carriers.
  • Evaluate the adequacy of insurance coverage and make recommendations to mitigate financial risk.
  • Coordinate claims management and support business units in insurance-related matters.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen treasury operations and internal controls.
  • Partner with accounting, FP&A, and other business functions to ensure alignment of treasury and insurance strategies with overall business goals.
  • Support internal and external audits related to treasury and insurance activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.5–8+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or insurance program management experience.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking operations.
  • Experience managing or coordinating corporate insurance programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships across the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Experience with treasury management systems, ERP systems, or insurance management tools is a plus.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CTP, ARM) is a plus.
