Job Summary:
The Treasury Manager will focus on Commercial Deposits. This role will be responsible for
managing and growing the bank’s commercial deposit portfolio. Your role will involve providing
exceptional service to commercial clients, developing tailored deposit solutions, and ensuring
effective cash management strategies that align with the bank’s objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage the bank’s commercial deposit portfolio, including analyzing client needs and recommending appropriate deposit products.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, providing expert guidance on treasury management and deposit services.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective cash management strategies, including ACH services, remote deposit capture, and fraud prevention measures.
• Assist clients in optimizing their cash flow and managing liquidity.
• Work with the product development team to enhance existing deposit products and create new offers that meet market demands.
• Ensure the successful implementation of new deposit products for clients.
• Prepare reports related to commercial deposits and cash management activities for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to commercial deposits.
• Collaborate with the lending and finance teams to align deposit strategies with overall bank objectives.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote commercial deposit products and services.

Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven ability to develop and maintain business and key relationships and drive a sales culture with the bank’s lenders.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management or finance, preferably within a banking environment
