EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant business experience, preferably in commercial real estate
  • At least 3 years of experience as a people manager
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the following: Banking, Accounts Payable/Receivable supervision and Cash Management.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently; also works well in a group setting as a team player

OTHER SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, online banking systems, MRI, Avid Exchange, Concur
  • Good understanding of Treasury activities’ impact on the general ledger
  • Experience processing electronic 1099’s preferred
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and in a tight timeframe.
  • Must be able to coordinate, schedule and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
  • Keep the Treasury department functioning at the highest level with the initiative to learn and mentor the team.
