About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will: Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives, related to low to medium risk deliverables Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience with treasury management products and services Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or higher Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across business and functional teams Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including effective use of search tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail Effective negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset Job Expectations: This position will require up to 10% of travel This position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
