REQUIREMENTS, COMPETENCES

• Minimum of a DEC completed in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, financial management, or administration;
• Bilingual, written and spoken;
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, and/or advanced knowledge in technology;
• Motivated team player possessing excellent communication skills;
• Capable of being autonomous, proactive, and organized;
• Competent in working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines;
• Aptitude to manage and solve problems related to your tasks in an entrepreneurial manner while supervised; and
• Interest or experience in securities and financial markets would be an asset.

As a member of the Operations Team, you will be tasked with a range of dynamic responsibilities such as:

• Perform various analytical and reconciliation tasks;
• Ensure a high degree of operational efficiency;
• Perform daily transaction matching;
• Support the Trading Desk and the Back Office;
• Process timely settlements of fixed income transactions;
• Perform follow-ups with our clients and collaborate with other departments to maintain excellent service levels.
