Job Description QIMA is looking for a Treasury Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our global treasury function. Working closely with the Treasury Operations Manager, you will take ownership of a range of treasury tasks, help manage the team’s workload, and step in as acting manager during periods of absence. This is a great opportunity for an experienced treasury professional looking to broaden their scope in a dynamic, international environment. Reporting line This position reports directly to the Treasury Operations Manager. Key responsibilities Support daily cash operations — assist with monitoring balances, managing cash positions, and ensuring adequate liquidity across all geographies. Assist in ensuring proper funding of cash pool and standalone accounts globally. Help to set up and process funding-related intercompany loans. Support the maintenance of bank mandates, delegation of authorities, and net banking platform administration. Assist with bank account openings and closings, and contribute to account structure optimisation. Coordinate external audit requests for the treasury function. Support KYC, AML, and other treasury-related administrative and compliance processes. Contribute to treasury projects, including the ATLAR treasury management system implementation and AI-driven reporting automation. Temporarily substitute the Treasury Operations Manager during periods of absence, taking full responsibility for day-to-day treasury operations. Qualifications Requirements BSc degree in Finance, Economics, or Management; MSc preferred. Any treasury-related post-degree professional certificate is preferred. 3+ years of relevant corporate treasury experience. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Genuine interest in AI-driven treasury automation and digital transformation projects. What we offer Competitive salary aligned with market standards.
