We are looking for an experienced Treasury Operations Specialist to join our Global Treasury department based in Mohali, Punjab, reporting to the Manager - Treasury. You will serve as a critical link in our financial operations, ensuring the integrity of global payments while driving process improvements and automation that scale with our growth. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Manage multiple corporate accounts and process international bank payments while applying deep knowledge of cash forecasting, hedging, investments, and FX analysis Verify payment instructions for regulatory compliance and SOX adherence, ensuring high-quality documentation and training the team on PBC requirements Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by collaborating directly with banking partners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolutions Support entity cash flow forecasting, audit preparations, internal control assessments, and the end-to-end management of bank account openings and KYC processes Strategize and lead process improvement initiatives, specifically managing automation projects to enhance the efficiency of global treasury operations Who You Are (Success Profile) You thrive in ambiguity.
