The Arlington County Treasurer’s Office is seeking a Treasury Program Specialist I - Compliance and Research Specialist, to assist with the collection of delinquent accounts and participate on the call center team within the Compliance Division of the Arlington County Treasurer’s Office. The employee will perform a variety of front-line customer service, compliance, administrative and/or technical support duties to assist in the collection and processing of delinquent taxes and fees. The Treasurer's Office serves an ethnically and culturally diverse population that includes a large number of Spanish-speaking clients for whom English is a second language.

Responsibilities

This role involves assisting with the collection of delinquent accounts and participating in the call center team within the Compliance Division. The specialist will perform various front-line customer service, compliance, administrative, and technical support duties related to processing delinquent taxes and fees.
