Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm Develop an understanding of Finance functional area, tools and processes Responsible for tasks to support team deliverables, with guidance, and appropriately escalate issues to ensure timely and effective resolution Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls Uphold the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards Interact with Business Units, infrastructure groups, Firm management and regulators to ensure appropriate development, enhancement and delivery of EU RRP plans and related deliverables Collate for the submission of EU RRP regulatory templates and reports Collaborate across multiple teams to maintain and enhance documentation, capabilities and processes, including strategic change initiatives and remediation efforts in response to regulatory feedback Analyze and interpret EU regulatory requirements related to recovery and resolution planning Execute ad hoc requests/inquiries from senior management and aid in decision making process Analyse RRP impact from new products and transactions Build close links with other key stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Tax, Legal, Operations and Technology Add value and be productive in our high energy setting Willingness to learn Finance principles, tools and systems Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a professional environment Willingness to seek guidance and solicit feedback to further self-development Strong analytical and communication capabilities including ability to summarise complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity Strong teamwork skills with an ability to work with virtual teams and colleagues across the regions contributing to common goals A strong sense of organization and time management skills Relevant work experience in the financial industry (e.g. a Bank, Investment Firm/Broker-Dealer, Regulator or Consulting Firm); Working experience of regulatory requirements relating to RRP is a plus Adept at working in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment At least 0-2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
