Description Join First National Bank as a Treasury Services Specialist and make a difference for our business customers and community. In this role, you will support our Treasury Services sales team by assisting with new account openings, maintaining existing accounts, and providing personalized guidance on merchant services and cash management solutions. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the bank to deliver friendly, reliable service, and occasionally travel to customer locations to troubleshoot equipment or service issues. Providing administrative assistance and support to the entire Treasury Services team including but not limited to answering phone calls, generating and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, setting up and troubleshooting equipment, submitting applications, and generating Treasury Services reporting. Opening new accounts. Preparing documentation and set up for treasury services products including Commercial and Small Business online banking, bill payment, positive pay, ACH, remote deposit capture, and merchant services. Performing general account maintenance and supporting commercial clients in the use of business online banking and its included products, services, and applications as necessary. Developing and maintaining knowledge of bank products and services. Actively promoting referrals and retention of account relationships. Collaborating with the Treasury Services Manager and team. Working closely with colleagues to improve processes, ensure compliance, support special projects, and contribute to a positive, professional work environment. What's in it for you? The Treasury Services Specialist has the ability to grow professionally at FNB Requirements What will you need? High school diploma or equivalency required. Undergraduate degree a plus. One to two years’ experience in banking or financial services and knowledge of Treasury Services preferred. Reputation for excellence in customer service. Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and have positive relationships with customers and co-workers. Well-organized, detail-oriented, problem solver who works quickly and accurately. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Self-starter with ability to work on multiple projects with set deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Some flexibility to work outside of normal business hours may be required occasionally. Proficient in use of PC based products including Word and Outlook required; willingness to learn Excel and other applicable software. Strong data entry skills.
