Come join our team.  Apply today!  Purpose of Position: The Treasury Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery, implementation, and ongoing servicing of treasury management products and services. This role works closely with branch teams, commercial lenders, and internal partners to assess business needs, understand cash management needs, recommend the most effective treasury solutions, and provide training and support to ensure a positive member experience. The Treasury Specialist helps strengthen member relationships, ensures compliance with applicable regulations, and stays informed on industry trends and emerging technologies. This position will support new and existing relationships, provide expertise to enhance retention and strengthen engagement, and improve overall financial outcomes for the organization and its business members. Minimum Formal Education: Associate's degree (A. A.) in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics or equivalent is highly preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury Management, commercial banking support, or related cash-management functions. Other Requirements:  * Must be bondable. * Good organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and detail oriented. * Ability to use/learn current technology and software applications related to position. * Proficient with MS Outlook and Excel. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Good interpersonal skills. *Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
