You will play a key role in managing cash flow, credit control, and financial accounting processes while ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders across the US, EU, and APAC regions and offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements and risk management initiatives. What You Will Do Credit Control Operate the collection of accounts receivable (Cash receipt check and bookkeeping of accounts receivable) Operate to fix invoicing amounts and issuing invoice Cash Management Daily cash management Report daily/weekly cash schedule and cash balance to APAC CFO/US parent company Prepare forecast of cash Financial accounting Operate monthly/Year-end closing Operate the payment of withholding tax, preparing cash disbursement documents, and manage the vendor ID number Management of Accounts receivable and payable Operate the payment procedures Operate the reconciliation of intercompany accounts receivable/payable Manage the collection and payment of intercompany account receivable/payable Communication with US/EU/APAC person in charge using e-mail/web meeting Risk management (FX risk/insurance renewal procedure) What You Need to Be Successful 7+ years of accounting experience in a business environment. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Bonus Points if You Have Experience in finance, cash management, and AR/AP operations. 3+ years of working experience using English in a professional setting. Familiarity with SAP systems.
