About the role In the role (Probation, 6 months), you will be a member of the Group Treasury Team Pune and in charge of various treasury topics. You will work in a global team of treasury professionals with specific responsibilities, and you will assume regular as well as ad-hoc tasks. Main tasks and responsibilities: Invoice Management: Operationally support the financing programs with invoice collection, accounts payable oversight, reports to service providers and banks and constant communication to Group Treasury Regular balance sanity & checks: Regularly perform sanities on reported Balances and loans from subsidiaries, report findings to Group Treasury Bank Account Management: Execute regular bank A/Cs & signatory rights check and perform the bank A/C reconciliation. Regular Sanity Checks: Aligning and analyzing the reported figures between different treasury tools. FX/Loan Management: Collect, sanitize, correct, and upload transactions from subsidiaries into the treasury management system. Knowledge of Intercompany reconciliation & Intercompany netting. Ad-hoc tasks, initiatives & database management. Key Interfaces: Group Treasury Team (Switzerland/Spain/USA/Mexico) Regional Treasury Managers GTR Pune Service Providers Education requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience Certification in treasury, corporate finance or AR/AP management would be a plus. Job experience: Minimum experience of 2-7 yrs. in corporate treasury, banking or industrial company. Experience in global work environment is a must. Knowledge requirements (professional, technical, language): Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
